Charles J. Zimmerer is an Attorney-at-Law and Certified Public Accountant who advises clients in a wide array of matters such as litigation, finance, securities, tax, criminal law, debtor-creditor, and personal injury. Before private practice, he served as a prosecutor for the State of Florida, handling violations of the law as serious as attempted murder and narcotics trafficking. Mr. Zimmerer has tried more than sixty (60) jury trials and holds membership in the Florida Bar, DC Bar, United States Tax Court, and the federal courts of Florida. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and served as an editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy. Mr. Zimmerer graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in finance and has passed the FINRA-administered NASAA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination.
